According to Variety, Tom Hanks has been in talks with Disney to play Geppetto in Disney's upcoming live-action Pinocchio! Nothing is of course official or solid yet but it's an something that you might be hearing about soon!
Hanks has been busy with Toy Story 4 and Mr. Rogers among other projects but the best thing about him, is his variety and how well he adapts to his characters so if this does happen, I have high expectations!
