Michael Phelps Sold His Paradise Valley Home For $3.5 Million!

Olympic Gold Medalist, Michael Phelps, who has 23 Gold Medals under his belt, is also no stranger to Arizona! He in fact just sold his 6.1K-square-foot home in Paradise Valley For $3.5 million!

According to ABC15, this is what Zillow described the house like:

"The 5-bed, 6-bath property includes French Oak hardwood floors, Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, custom Amish cabinets, four limestone fireplaces, a custom game and media room, a built-in humidor, a sports room with custom cabinets and a heated pool and spa. Phelps bought the home in 2016 for $2.5 million and originally listed it for $4.125 million."

He took a cut about half a million less than what he was expecting but still made more than what he paid for it back in 2016! Only question is, where is he moving to now?
