A YouTuber named Hooman has been posting videos of the "shampoo prank." He does it to people who are washing their hair while showering at a public beach. He sneaks up while they're rinsing their hair, and squirts in MORE shampoo.
They don't notice because their eyes are closed to keep the soap out.
