Taylor Swift wrote an essay for Elle Magazine called the 30 Things I Learned Before Turning 30 according to Just Jared that talks about all the things that she has learned until this point. She turns 30 at the end of the year by the way!
In her essay she also talked about her mom, who battled cancer and found out that it had returned.
"Both of my parents have had cancer, and my mom is now fighting her battle with it again,” Taylor wrote in her piece for Elle. “It’s taught me that there are real problems and then there’s everything else. My mom’s cancer is a real problem. I used to be so anxious about daily ups and downs. I give all of my worry, stress, and prayers to real problems now.”
