Walmart is looking to change the meaning of "retail therapy" according to the Today Show because they just opened their first mental health clinic inside a Walmart store in Texas.
The idea is if you can go get eye exams and things like that at a store, why can't you go to a place that will help you talk about your emotions when you are having a moment rather than waiting for an appointment?
