Someone in Miami posted video of a hit-and-run driver who had just crashed into three cars. He's trying to escape as people pound on his car and try to yank him out. Then a bystander with a sledgehammer gets out of his van and starts battering the guy's car.
Despite all of the chaos the guy still escaped . . . but he was eventually arrested.
