FINALLY! The NCAA has just announced the third artist to hold a free concert in Phoenix during the Final Four's March Madness Music Festival.
Keith Urban will headline the AT&T Block Party on March 31st!
The concerts will take place between March 31 and April 2 at Margaret T. Hance Park in Phoenix. The concerts are free and open to the public.
