A video emerged of a man shooting into a crowd of counter-protesters at the white supremacist Unite The Right rally in Charlottesville, VA has caused outrage after there was no police response at the time of the shooting.
In the clip, shot two weeks ago by ACLU of Virginia, 52-year-old Richard Wilson takes out his pistol and fires at someone with a makeshift torch who is out of the frame.
He then holsters his pistol and walks away with fellow white supremacist protestors.
Wilson has since been arrested for discharging a firearm within 1,000 feet of a school.
