Louis Tomlinson Comments On Justin Bieber Canceling Rest Of Purpose Tour

I have heard both sides of this argument - if Bieber wasn't feeling up to then it was smart of him and the other side of he signed up for it and should see it through. It's tough to really know what is going on with Bieber but I do think Louis makes a good point. 

"Obviously, you have to be in a good position mentally, but I also think, to a certain degree, when you're signing up to something, you should see it through."
