Beliebers have been concerned about Justin Bieber continuing his tour after the Manchester attack that claimed the lives on 22 people at Ariana Grande's concert Monday night. It is for his safety as well as his fans. The argument against discontinuing of Bieber's tour is that by doing so, the terrorists are winning. Music should be something celebrated and we shouldn't have to live in fear just have necessary precautions in place. What do you think should happen? It is a tough call.
