Two men convicted of felony theft for stealing more than $2,000 worth of merchandise from a Kohl’s store fought for a lesser charge, as they did not actually steal $2,000 worth of items, as they had coupons, which made the value less.... the judge did not agree, they have been sentenced to a felony!
