Local Maricopa County Sheriff's Deputy Zachary Rand is competing in Tony Hawk's skatepark hero contest, for a chance to win $10,000 and a chance to meet the skateboard legend himself. Zachary will use the $10,000 to give back to the community. Zachary has a nonprofit he runs called Kickflips And Donuts. The nonprofit helps provide safe skateboarding opportunities for children in our community.
