Riley Green has big aspirations of teaming up with one of country music’s biggest superstars.

The country singer-songwriter collaborated with award-winning artist Thomas Rhett on “Half of Me,” which released on Rhett’s Where We Started album earlier this year: “Half of me wants a cold beer/ Yeah, that's the cold hard truth/ And with a 'frigerator stocked full of 'em/ Tell me, what's a boy to do?/ I ain't even tryna fight, it's already been decided/ The sky and the mountains are blue/ Half of me wants a cold beer/ And the other half does too.”

Green's collaboration paid off... That smash-hit single just became Rhett’s latest No. 1 song, bringing his count to 20 No. 1 hits in the past 10 years. Rhett said that “this milestone occurring on a week of gratitude couldn’t be more fitting. There’s so much to be thankful for this year. I’m just absolutely humbled and floored. And I have a feeling the next decade is going to be even better.”

Now, Green is setting his sights on collaborating with another superstar collaboration: Jon Pardi.

“If I could pick anyone to do a collaboration with, I’d say right now, it’d probably be Jon Pardi,” Green revealed in a statement shared by his record label. “I did a tour with him, and I’ve just been a big fan of his music for a long time.”
