After someone robbed a McDonald's in New Orleans last month, a 16-year-old employee called 911 . . . and her MOM picked up. The mom works at a call center. She kept her daughter calm, and sent help. The woman who robbed the place had locked everyone in a freezer, but luckily they're all okay...... AND in much lighter news....Today is National Sandwich Day, and Subway has come up with a strangely-specific way to celebrate. They're giving away 10,000 foot-long subs to people who are flying later this week, and are stuck sitting in the MIDDLE SEAT. The idea is that you are "sandwiched" between two other people.
