A data analysis company that uses "mystery shoppers" to grade places on customer experience just released an annual report on fast food joints. For the report, the mystery shoppers went to 10 chains at more than 1,500 locations nationwide from June through July . . . and here's what they found: The five FASTEST chains are: KFC . . . Taco Bell . . . Hardee's . . . Dunkin . . . and Carl's Jr. Chick-fil-A was #1 last year, but they were DEAD LAST this year. On average, Chick-fil-A had the most cars in line . . . but they weren't last just because of long lines. They measured lane wait time AND at-the-window service time, and Chick-fil-A was the slowest for both. Arby's and McDonald's TIED for first in order accuracy this year, followed by Burger King . . . Carl's Jr. . . . and Hardee's. Chick-fil-A was #1 last year . . . but they tied for seventh this year. Wendy's had the worst accuracy. The most common error was with the drink.
