Hollywood was a buzz that actor Zac Efron got plastic surgery, after being seen with a face that looked very different. Zac set the record straight, no he did not have any plastic surgery, he actually shattered his jaw. Zac was running in the house with socks on when he slipped, hit the corner of a fountain, broke his jaw and passed out. He woke up to his jaw hanging off his face... OUCH!
