WalletHub.com ranked the most pet-friendly cities in America and put Scottsdale, Arizona at #1. It ranked first in "pet health and wellness." That includes things like how many vets and dog-friendly restaurants there are, and how many apartments allow pets. The top ten pet-friendly cities are: Scottsdale . . . Tampa . . . Portland, Oregon . . . St. Louis . . . Cincinnati . . . St. Petersburg, Florida . . . Lexington, Kentucky . . . Las Vegas . . . Colorado Springs . . . and Raleigh, North Carolina. Of the 100 cities they looked at, Santa Ana, California ranked last, followed by Baltimore . . . Honolulu . . . New York . . . and Chicago.
