This happened on Black Friday on a light rail tram in Phoenix, Arizona. A psycho wearing reindeer slippers tried to steal a woman's wheelchair WHILE she was in it. Security cam shows him unlock the brakes and push the chair toward the door.
The woman grabs a railing, so he pushes her OFF the chair and rolls it onto the platform. Good Samaritans get involved and grab the wheelchair, so he takes off running. He wasarrestedlater, and was still wearing the slippers.
