Swimmer sees shark, and dolphins come to rescue

Posted April 28th, 2014 @ 8:52am

Adam Walker was swimming 16 miles for charity in New Zealand's Cook Strait when he looked down and saw a Great White Shark.  As he tells it, a pod of dolphin appeared and started swimming with him.

A group of dolphin have been known to use their strength in numbers to prevent sharks from attacking them.

Not sure if the dolphin really came to the "rescue" of this swimmer, but  this is cool dolphin swimming video footage.
