Taylor Swift had to ask an L.A. Jodge for a restraining order against a man who claims to be her husband and threatens to kill anyone who gets in their way.

On Tuesday the judge ordered Timothy Sweet to stay at least 100 feet away from Swift and her father, mother and brother. He is also not allowed to make any contact with her including through E-mail.

One of the messages Sweet has sent is oddly aimed at Secretary of State John Kerry that reads: "Dearest Taylor, I'll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage. Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State. Message from YOUR Presidential Candidate."

Sweet appears to have a Twitter account under the name @TheSweetDeal12, in which he's professed his love for Taylor numerous times, including one post from March 2012 that reads: "Taylor Swift DESPERATELY wants me to marry her / make her an honest woman (said ethically), and I will in right time."
